Brackets cemented to the face of the tooth hold a wire that runs lengthwise to apply pressure, moving teeth into place with ties that secure wires to the brackets. Patients experience slight adjustments over time as the orthodontist applies treatment every few weeks.

LightForce Braces
LightForce offers an advanced orthodontic solution utilizing 3D printing technology to craft personalized braces for each patient. Unlike conventional braces that are available in standard sizes, LightForce braces are custom-made to match the exact contours of your teeth.
Why we like it: Less noticeable than traditional brackets and wires, custom fit, and efficient tooth movement often results in faster treatment times.
SureSmile Braces
SureSmile combines 3D imaging with custom archwires to facilitate more efficient tooth movement. You’ll still have brackets and a more “traditional” braces look, but with more comfort and often faster treatment times.
Why we like it: High tech, smoother tooth movement, and more comfort.
Clear Aligners
Aligners are a clear plastic dental appliance offering an alternative to traditional braces. The doctor takes a digital scan of the patient’s teeth, creating a 3D image used to create a set of aligners made from a clear material. Patients wear them 20 to 22 hours daily (removing them only to eat and brush). Each aligner slightly adjusts the teeth according to a predetermined plan mapped out by the doctor.
Why we like it: Practically invisible, great outcomes, eat whatever you want; easier hygiene and brushing throughout treatment.

Deciding between aligners and braces (in any of their new forms) can be difficult, with many factors to consider for both the patient and doctor. Clear Aligners allow for more freedom and are virtually invisible compared to braces, but compliance is key to achieving successful results.
