A complimentary consultation appointment with Classic City Orthodontics is available in Athens, Watkinsville, or Winder!
Prior to your first visit, our New Patient Coordinator will have a brief call to discuss your desires as well as gather a few important pieces of information. Our goal is to make it easy and convenient for you. At your complimentary first office visit, you will meet your treatment coordinator, Amy, Carson, or Catherine. She will give you an office tour and introduce you to the rest of our team. We will take diagnostic records which we will share with all of your dental professionals. We work closely with your dental team to provide the best care. Your records will include digital photographs, 3-D digital x-rays, and a 3-D digital impression.
Dr. Harter or Dr. Culberson will join us for a discussion and examination, to learn more about your orthodontic concerns and evaluate your records. We will explain all aspects of your treatment in detail and answer all of your questions. During this important visit we will address your orthodontic needs and goals, as well as to design a custom plan. In most cases we are even able to get you started that same day! Each patient’s orthodontic plan is different, and we promise to give you unparalleled personal attention.
We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of the concern, a detailed treatment plan that meets your goals, and an overall financial investment with flexible payment options. We encourage questions and invite anyone involved in treatment and financial decisions to be present.
Is life “crazy busy”? Go VIRTUAL!If an in-office visit is not possible, you have an option to start the conversation with a virtual consultation. We can easily guide you through this process and a doctor will provide a video consult that can be viewed at your convenience.
